Capital City Kids

We love your kids and want to be used of God to teach, love and give them opportunities to serve Him. Capital City Kids is the Sunday Bible teaching program for children at FCC. With a heart for creatively reaching children, teachers present the Bible as truth and personally applicable for today. FCC desires to equip students to know, love, serve, and enjoy the Lord. We partner with families to help guide our children into a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ. One way we desire to point them to Christ is by keeping them safe and protecting them from child abuse. Child safety forms, including permission slips, photo use agreements and volunteer applications can be found below.

Child Safety Forms

There are a variety of forms related to protecting our youth as well as our volunteers. Please contact the church office if you have a question about any of the documents. These documents are subject to change.

On Sundays

On Sundays, we provide the following:

NURSERY CARE:
Childcare is available for infants and toddlers during the second portion of our service.

KIDS’ WORSHIP
Sunday school is available during the second portion of our service for pre-k and kindergarten students.

NURSING MOTHERS
One of our female childcare workers can direct you to the quiet mothers’ room to nurse your infant during the service.

CHILD SAFETY
Here at Fellowship Capital City, we take child safety very seriously. We utilize the KidCheck program. KidCheck provides full-featured, easy-to-use children’s check-in software to improve child security and streamline the check-in process. All of our volunteers complete applications, safety training, interviews and are background-checked. Children and parents are checked at the beginning and end of the service through an identification numbering system intended to ensure their safety, and child safety hall monitors monitor the childcare area for the duration of the church service.
